As well as trying to take (and post) a picture a day, I am also thinking about a little photography project based around Uppingham, the small market town in Rutland where I work. This is a view of the church taken whilst wandering around this afternoon.

10pm and I hadn't taken a shot all day (I forgot to take my camera with me to work). So another shot of my favourite subject. This is the only frame I took. The room was dark so this is a 30 second exposure at F/3.2, ISO 100.

Abi on Father's day

I was up early with Abi this morning. There was a shaft of early light from the door, which made a nice back light. I added a bit of bounced flash and took several photos of her playing, including this closeup.
